  Champion Personnel is growing! We are looking to add an experienced Staffing Recruiter to our team at our Independence, Cuyahoga Falls, and future Medina locations.

  Pay is negotiable based on experience. (I am not opposed to training the right individual but I would prefer to hire someone with some experience and/or familiarity with the staffing/recruiting industry)  Position will offer a generous base salary and an UNCAPPED commission structure.  

  Job duties include:

  Posting ads on various platforms including Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook and Career Builder.

  Contacting potential candidates via call, text or email and screening/scheduling interviews.

  Interviewing candidates and working alongside our branch manager to successfully fill open positions with the most suitable candidates.

  Maintaining constant communication with candidates- both working and available to work.
  Requirements:

  Prior Staffing/Recruiting/Hiring experience preferred.

  Computer literate. Data entry. Microsoft programs.

  Good phone etiquette and customer service.

  Great communication skills.

  Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  Must be a highly motivated individual who takes initiative to get the job done.
