Union Rubber Mill Operator

Looking for individuals to work on a rubber mill line. The company manufactures raw rubber slabs that need to be stacked at the end of the line. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to get a little dirty. The rubber slabs can weigh up to 75 pounds so heavy lifting is required.
You will train on first shift for 6 weeks then go to second shift:
6am-4pm Monday through Thursday ($19.36 per hour)
4pm-2am Monday through Thursday ($21.11 per hour)
- Must be able to work either shift
- Must have ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders
- Must be able to work in team environment
- Must be drug and felony free
This is a Union position all workers will be pay rolled until they work 400 hours at that point they will be required to join the Union.
