At Champion, we do things very differently compared to a staffing service. In fact, we are not a staffing service at all, but we are a flexible talent acquisition agency! We work with both employers and job seekers to match each to their ideal future! This is why we have different specialized divisions to go the extra mile and help in every way we can.

We Have a Hispanic Division

The Hispanic Division at Champion is led by Angela, who is here today to talk about how Champion can help Hispanics who are struggling to find or keep a job after they have moved away from their home country. After all, the goal of leaving your home country is to have a better life, and that is Champion’s motto; a better job for a better life!

Since Champion works with both the employer and the candidates, we are able to fully understand what the employer is looking for. At the same time, our divisions at Champion help us know what you as the candidate can do and what you want to do. 

Many staffing services or hiring firms do not cater to specific ethnicities, they just have one process, and if it works it works and if it doesn’t, then what? We aren’t that type of company; we take a proactive approach by helping people who may need extra help like a translator or someone that can help every candidate find what skills they do possess and how to grow them and use them! 

For example, we will even go to the job site and interview with our Hispanic candidates to help facilitate the interview if their language abilities are not there.

After You Get the Job

After our candidate gets the job, we don’t disappear. We will always be there for a candidate to help guide them through their job, to make sure they are growing, learning, and working towards a better life! This way, someone is always there for them. Someone who can speak their language and someone who has already gotten to know them!
