  Pay is commensurate with experience, including a base salary and commission structure.

  This position requires individual to work on-site in our Independence office with a primary focus on outside sales. This position includes calling potential clients, visiting companies, writing agreements and job orders, and working closely with recruiting staff to manage accounts. Individuals should be computer literate, have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong judgment, and critical thinking skills.

  A background in staffing is not required, but could be a plus. A bachelor's degree or higher education is preferable, but not a requirement. Individuals must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-hire background check and drug screen.
