Growing company responsible for producing, calibrating, and repairing Quality Control instrumentation and tooling is seeking a Quality Control Technician for their Westlake facility.

This individual will be responsible for using gauges, dimensional measuring tools, and blueprints to ensure tools are working properly.

Will be responsible for basic QC reports showing measurements and details determined during inspection.

Individuals should possess 1+ year of dimensional inspection experience for consideration.

Sheet metal Fabrication shop is seeking trainees for multiple areas of their facility.  This is a great opportunity to learn on the job!

Areas of opportunity include grinding/finishing, powder coat painting, and extensive machine operations including press brake, CNC, and presses.

Must be flexible to rotate duties and responsibilities.  Will have a lot of diversity in work tasks.

Job Description:

The CNC Laser Operator will be responsible for fabricating sheet metal components used to assembly power backup devices. This role requires one to be able to set-up a production job from a work order with engineering instructions. The Operator will use the machine controls to upload the appropriate program, change the appropriate tooling/fixtures, and set the speed of the laser. Once the material is loaded on the table, the Operator will qualify the first piece in coordination with Quality Control. Some secondary operations such as finishing/grinding, dimensional inspection, and packaging can be expected.

Wages are commensurate with experience. Pay reviews offered quarterly with raises given to top performers.

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of CNC Laser experience, including set-ups
• Ability to interpret work instructions, blueprints, and engineering instructions
• Ability to inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

Responsibilities:

Assemblers will use hand held tools to assemble components that go into valves. Could be sitting and/or standing at times. Must be able to read instructions. Screwdrivers and impact tools are used. Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies. Must be able to complete documents as required for customers order. Inspections are also performed.

Machine Operators will be running a hydro machine that produces valves and valve components. Machine Operators will feed materials into the machine and be sure it is feeding properly. Once complete, you will remove materials/finished product. If there is an issue the machine operator will notify the supervisor.

Material Handlers will use a pick sheet to locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. Transport materials to production workstations. Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs. RF scanner and tow motor preferred.

Skills: Proven experience as warehouse associate in a manufacturing setting. Attention to detail and familiarity with hand held tools. Excellent physical condition and coordination. High School Diploma

Looking for individuals to work on a rubber mill line. The company manufactures raw rubber slabs that need to be stacked at the end of the line. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to get a little dirty. The rubber slabs can weigh up to 75 pounds so heavy lifting is required.

You will train on first shift for 6 weeks then go to second shift:

6am-4pm Monday through Thursday ($19.36 per hour)

4pm-2am Monday through Thursday ($21.11 per hour)
